Non-Disclosure Agreement
Sharing your closely-guarded trading techniques with a developer is not something you can take lightly. You will have to provide the developer with intimate knowledge of your most confidential methods, and so you need assurance that the developer will keep the material confidential, not trade against you, and not turn around and sell your successful system to the next guy.
I make a living at trading system development, not trading, and I value my livelihood. I'm also a Professional Engineer, licensed in the Province of Ontario, and ethics are very important to me.
I have a standard non-disclosure agreement I will prepare for you in cases where verbal assurances are not quite enough.
Note: I am currently working full-time on a large scale project, so for the time being I am unavailable for any new projects. If you would like, please send me a note and I will get in touch with you when I have an opening.
