PESTO SAUCE
Makes about 8 servings.
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons finely
chopped pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Mix ingredients in a blender. Serve with hot spaghetti, about one tablespoon
per serving.
